I stumbled across this article on Fark.com about a kid that punched a cop because Tila Tequila didn't respond to his emails. Here's how the officer responded: "The officer delivered several "palm" and "knee strikes" to the 19-year-old's "facial area" before another officer could apply his Taser and place the man into handcuffs."

Obviously, "Lethal Barfighting Techniques" is standard courseware for any respectable police academy.
